I made this tonight for my girlfriend and me, and it was delicious! I modified it a little because we’re both vegetarian – no bacon, and vegetable rather than chicken stock. We both loved it. I thought the thyme and rosemary made it especially tasty.

Thank you so much, this looks so good! Will definitely try to give this a try this winter! Maybe Malky can try “turkey bacon”?

I dont eat bacon, anything else i can replace it with? I wouldnt want to completely leave that step out, i feel like it gives it that special taste.
