No Trader Joe’s here in Bossier City, LA…sad, but true. My favorite quick fix is tater tot casserole. Brown 1 pound sirloin with one small yellow onion, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Drain and add 1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup. Pour into a 9×13 casserole dish, sprinkle with several handfuls of shredded cheddar, and top with tater tots. Bake at 375 for 20/30 minutes…YUMMO!
I love TJ’s organic pasta sauce with basil in it. It makes a great base to add anything to. I miss having you so close by to eat your cookies Jenny! Take Care

There’s so much about Trader Joe’s to love! At the holidays I bought their goat cheese covered w/ cranberries, and it was outta this world delish and didn’t last long at our party! I think it’s a “seasonal” product, so next year I plan on stocking up on a little more of it.
I love their salsa!
