What You’ll Need For Biscoff Easy Brownies

  • all-purpose flour– All-purpose flour is a key ingredient in baking, find it in the baking section of your grocery store.
  • unsweetened cocoa powder- Hershey’s Special Dark preferred- When looking for unsweetened cocoa powder, if they have Hershey’s Dark, that is what I use for my chocolate recipes. It’s wonderful, but the regular cocoa powder works just fine as well.
  • kosher salt– Kosher salt is a coarse salt used in cooking and baking.
  • salted butter– In general I typically use salted butter for all of my cooking and baking. Unsalted is fine too.
  • granulated sugar– Granulated sugar is a key ingredient when making homemade brownies. Find it in the baking section of your grocery store.
  • light or dark brown sugar– brown sugar is available in light or dark. Either works for this recipe.
  • large eggs– I use large eggs in all of my baking to keep consistent.
  • pure vanilla extract– Always use pure vanilla extract for your baking for best taste.
  • canola oil– Canola oil or vegetable oil work just fine in this brownie recipe. Both found in the baking section of your grocery store.
  • Biscoff Cookie Butter– Not all grocery stores sell Biscoff spread. I find best luck at Target and Walmart or ordering on Amazon.

Everyone went crazy for these! I might add a bit less cookie butter next time but they were seriously the best brownies I’ve ever had.

I can’t get the Hershey Special Dark where I live. We have a choice of natural or Dutch process. What do you recommend? Thank you, Jenny!

Yes, if you have the regular unsweetened cocoa powder that is just fine, doesn’t have to be the dark.
