These Cheesy Bacon Biscuit Pull-Aparts are a simple biscuit recipe that will have all of your guests raving! They’re packed with bacon, butter and cheese, and they’re everything you didn’t know you needed in a biscuit.
Cheesy Bacon Biscuits
This simple biscuit recipe has been one of our very favorites to make since 2011. We enjoy whipping it up on the weekends, when entertaining family and friends. This biscuit recipe works great for breakfast and even dinner recipes…Italian meals such as spaghetti and lasagna. See my homemade biscuit recipe for more inspiration.

I loved these in a rustic cast iron skillet, but if you do not have one, a small 8×8-inch baking dish would work too. Hope you will enjoy, bake some up today, you’ll be glad you did 🙂
How To Make The Best Biscuits
Unroll your canned biscuits, watch out for that Pop!
Fresh Mozzarella is preferred here, but feel free to use shredded Mozzarella if needed.
I used the microwave bacon for a quick fix, but feel free to crisp your own bacon too.
Add shredded cheddar cheese over the bacon.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until cooked and cheeses melted.
Let cool for 5 minutes and remove from skillet. Enjoy!

Looks so delicious and perfect for weekend brunch!
Can a copper pan be used? I do not have cast iron skillet.
Would it work in a Pyrex baking dish?
Really, only 1 Gram Carbs per biscuit. I hope this is true but I bet it’s an error.
Does anyone know the Carb count on these? The Yummly app actually says something like 1 carb… Lmao
Have not been able to find “simply” dough would love to try it sounds great!!!!
I made it for brunch and my job. It was a huge hit. I served it with country style gravey and they loved it.
Looks delicious! Have to try them some time.
I don’t have a cast iron skillet, suggestions on something else to cook it in?
What if you don’t have a cast iron skillet?
I just made these for breakfast with some fruit. Very Yummy. I have been thinking about them since I bought the ingredients and have told friends about them. Was worried by the time I made them they would not live up to the hype. I was not disappointed.
I’m wondering how these are if baked the night before and warmed. I would like to take them to a potluck brunch but will be unable to bake them in the morning.
I see you are a person of great taste. Not only in your food, but in your cutlery as well. I know Cutco when I see it!! I have had mine for over 30 years! Thanks for the great recipe!
I do not own a iron skillet. What should I use in place do this?
Looks like a great recipe. Thank you! However, I will not use Smithville because of the way they treated Paula and the fact that they have moved out of the USA!
I am definitely going to try these with homemade biscuits. I will post how they tasted when I do! I cannot wait!!!!
