How To Make Homemade Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Gently combine all ingredients except the bacon with large spoon or hands into a large bowl until just combined.
  2. Divide meat mixture into 6 equal parts and form into 6 mini loaves. Place onto a baking sheet. Lightly brush tops with ketchup and top each with 2 bacon halves.
  3. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

How Can I Make One Classic Meatloaf instead of Mini?
