These Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Bars make the perfect back to school treat! Packed with peanut butter, banana and chocolate chips!

What a treat my Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Bars are, so excited for you to try them.

It’s a pleasure partnering with Stevia In The Raw® to bring you these bars that are perfect for getting back in the kitchen now that school is back in session and the temperatures are starting to come down!

How Do I Use Stevia In The Raw?

Stevia In The Raw® is a zero-calorie sweetener, perfect for any baking and cooking needs. It contains an extract from the sweet leaves of the stevia plant. Stevia In The Raw® Bakers Bag measures cup for cup with sugar so it can easily be used in any of your favorite recipes to reduce sugar and calories – no conversion from sugar to Stevia In The Raw® necessary.

When baking with Stevia In The Raw®, it is recommended to only replace half the sugar a recipe calls for in order to achieve the proper browning, rising, and caramelizing that only sugar can provide. More than 700 calories are saved for every cup of sugar that is swapped out for Stevia In The Raw® Bakers Bag.

Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Bars

You’ll start this bar recipe by mashing 1 medium ripe banana with one stick of softened butter.

Add Stevia In The Raw® and granulated sugar up next.

I added 1 tablespoon of honey to the mix as well.

One large egg up next.

A nice splash of pure vanilla extract.

A couple tablespoons of creamy peanut butter.

Dry ingredients up next!

Mini chocolate chips!

Stir until dough forms.

Transfer to baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and baked through. Let cool completely, drizzle with melted chocolate and cut into squares.

Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Bars

Loved sharing these bars with the boys after school this week. Everyone loved them!

Be sure to store remaining bars in an airtight container. Enjoy!

Tips For Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Bars

*Be sure to always use parchment paper to line your baking pan, makes removing the bars much easier.

*Use a plastic knife to cut into squares. This is a lifesaver as the plastic doesn’t stick to the bars.

*Serve warm, room temperature or chilled.

*Store any leftovers in an airtight container room temperature or chilled for about 3 days.
