Easy Fudge Recipe Ingredients
- sweetened condensed milk– Find sweetened condensed milk in the baking section of the grocery store. It gives the fudge its’ sweetness and gives the fudge the chewy texture.
- white chocolate chips– Find white chocolate chips near the other chocolate chips in the baking isle.
- Oreo Cookies– Oreo Cookies will be chopped up to give crushed Oreos in every bite.
- pumpkin pie spice– Pumpkin Pie Spice is a blended spice found in the baking section near the spices. A blend of cinnamon, nutmeg and all spice.
How To Make Oreo Fudge
- Line an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips into a large heat proof microwavable bowl. Stir to combine and heat in the microwave for 1 1/2-2 minutes, until melted and smooth. Moving quickly, add Oreo cookie pieces (reserve a couple tablespoons of cookie crumbs for top of fudge) and pumpkin pie spice. Stir to combine then transfer to prepared baking dish. Spread evenly then top with remaining cookie crumbs, pressing gently into soft fudge. Cover fudge loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving, overnight is even better. Cut set up fudge into squares and serve.
