Juice all lemons and place juice into a large mixing bowl. Stir in sugar.
Place blueberries into a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sugar and water. Let slow boil for 10 minutes or until berries have softened and become sauce like. Pour berries through a strainer. Pour the juice into the lemon juice and stir to combine. Transfer juice into Mason Jars, close with lid and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
