2cupsshort grain ricedry, white or brown
1lbground sausagemild
1/2cupheavy cream
1cupsweet corn
1packet dry Ranch Dressing Mix
14Burrito size Old El Paso Flour Tortillas
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Cook rice according to package directions. Cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled.
Add cooked rice, cream, corn and Ranch dressing seasoning. Stir to combine.
Spoon sausage mixture into center of tortillas, top with cheese and fold burrito style. Either serve warm with your favorite hot sauce or wrap each burrito in foil and store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
