The Grey Stuff is a magical Oreo pudding that is what dreams are made of. This Disneyland Copycat recipe is simple to prepare and absolutely delicious!
3.4ouncepackage Instant Chocolate or Vanilla Pudding mixvanilla will be more grey, my kids like the chocolate version :)
1 1/2cups2% milk
15full Oreo Cookies
8ouncecontainer Frozen Cool Whipthawed to room temperature
Instructions
Place pudding mix and milk into a large mixing bowl, whisk until well combined and thickened. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes until thick.
Place Oreo cookies into a food processor and pulse until you get crumbs. If you don't have a food processor, you can place the cookies in a large ziplock bag and roll a rolling pin over them until you have crumbs.
Transfer Oreo crumbs into the thickened pudding bowl, stirring to combine. Fold in thawed Cool Whip until combined. Serve in bowls with little candy pearls on top and more Oreo crumbs to garnish. You can also place pudding into a piping bag with a large star tip and swirl onto your serving plate. If piping the pudding, I like to freeze the piping bag for 30 minutes before serving, so the swirls are more firm. Garnish grey stuff with candy pearls or crispy chocolate balls like Disney uses. Sprinkle with a pinch of Oreo crumbs as well.
Notes
Be sure to refrigerate your chocolate pudding after preparing for at least 15 minutes before adding to the Oreo Cookie crumbs and whipped topping.
If using the piping bag method to serve, freeze piping bag for 30 minutes to ensure your swirls are more firm.
