These Snickers Bar Peanut Butter Heaven treats are just like the ones Disneyland used to serve at the Parks around 2015. Had to re-create them for us!

6full size Snickers Bars
1tablespooncreamy peanut butter
1 1/2cupsgood quality milk chocolatecut into chunks for melting
1/2cupGhirardelli Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers
Instructions
Place unwrapped Snickers Bars onto a cutting board. Carefully cut off chocolate on every side of Snickers Bars. Save scraps for eating another time if desired. Place caramel and nougat bars into a bowl, cut up into 1/2 inch pieces and stir in peanut butter. Divide into two even balls, forming into tight balls. Place onto parchment paper. Place milk chocolate chunks over a double boiler, meaning boil water in a small or medium saucepan, reduce heat to low and place a heatproof bowl over top of saucepan. Stir chocolate chunks until melted and smooth.
When chocolate is melted, use a spoon to spoon chocolate over top and bottom of Snickers ball. Your fingers will get dirty, don't worry about it. Remove any excess chocolate from bottom of Snickers ball and place onto parchment paper.
Place Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers into a small heat proof bowl and microwave until can be stirred smooth. Usually a little over 1 minute in microwave. Transfer melted dark chocolate into the corner of a sandwich size Ziplock bag. Twist and snip a small corner to use as a little piping bag. Drizzle dark chocolate over milk chocolate and let completely set up. A good hour or so. Serve room temperature.
