Equipment

  • cutting board
  • chef knife
  • charcuterie board or tray

Ingredients

  • 1 pound red seedless grapes
  • 1 pound green seedless grapes
  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 3 cups diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 mango peeled and cubed
  • 3 cups white chocolate pretzels + regular pretzels
  • variety of cookies
  • snack size candy bars

Instructions

  • Wash and dry all of your fruit, placing them in separate bowls so you can easily design your board. The beauty of charcuterie boards is you get to be the artist! Choose your favorite fruits and treats and start arranging in groups on your board. Important tip: before starting your board, have all of your ingredients in bowls in front of you to see what you have. For my board as in the photo, I start with the largest pieces first. Arrange the grapes on both sides of the board or serving tray. From there, take your candy pieces and place onto the board in groups as you see in the photos. Do the same with the cookies and other small pieces of fruit. The key is keeping each ingredient in groups. Place your cookies nicely in stacks or fanned out carefully. Use little bowls to add dimension for some of the pieces too. The most important thing to remember is to have fun and it doesn't have to be perfect! If you don't like something, remove it and try another spot on the board.
