Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix of choice, 9×13 size
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter heated in microwave for 20 seconds or until softened
  • 3/4 cup strawberry preserves
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2-3 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Prepare brownie mix according to package directions; pour into greased 9×13 inch pan (or a cute pan from William Sonoma).
  • Swirl peanut butter evenly over brownies then place dollops of strawberry preserves evenly over top. Take a butter knife and swirl peanut butter and jelly throughout brownie batter without over swirling.
  • Bake for 25-28 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from center of pan. Let cool completely then cut into squares.
  • Place chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second intervals until smooth. Stir in cream until shiny and smooth; return back to microwave for 15 seconds if needed. Drizzle over top of brownies.
