Ingredients

  • 8 Cups whole Doritos
  • 1 cup warmed refried beans stirred
  • 1 cup cooked warm taco ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely diced red bell pepper or tomato

Instructions

  • Place whole Doritos onto a parchment lined counter top. Spread each lightly with a layer of refried beans, taco meat, lettuce, cheese and bell pepper. Serve warm.
