3/4cupgranulated sugardivided
3large eggsdivided
3/4cupKaro® Light Corn Syrup
1/3cuplemon juice
2tablespoonsbuttermelted
1tablespoonArgo® Corn Starch
1tablespoonfreshly grated lemon zest
1cupsour cream
19-inchunbaked pie crust
1cupwhipped cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, beat 1/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs, corn syrup, lemon juice, butter, corn starch and lemon zest until well blended. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
In same bowl, whisk sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 egg, until smooth. Pour over top of lemon layer and sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup sugar evenly over filling.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until filling is puffed and set. Cool on wire rack. To serve, top with whipped cream.
