Weeknight Creamy Sausage Pasta
- 1 lb dry bowtie pasta
- 1 pound mild Italian Sausage
- 26 ounces prepared pasta sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped basil
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Brown and crumble sausage until cooked through. Transfer cooked pasta to a large dutch oven. Stir in sausage, pasta sauce, heavy cream and chopped basil. Cook for 10-15 minutes over medium low heat until hot.
Serve warm with garlic bread and salad if desired.
