M&M Double Chocolate Chip Cookies Bars
My M&M Double Chocolate Chip Cookies Bars are the perfect sweet treat for your upcoming parties, celebrations and sweet tooth cravings.
9 x 13 inch baking dish
- 2 sticks salted butter softened
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder I use Hershey's Dark
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Fudge Instant Pudding Mix
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 1/2 cups mini M&M's
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Place butter, brown sugar and sugar into a large mixing bowl or stand mixer. Beat until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla mixing well. Add flour, cocoa powder, pudding mix, baking soda and salt, slowly mix until dough forms. Stir in chocolate chips and 1 1/2 cups mini M&M's. Stir to combine then press dough evenly into baking dish. Top evenly with remaining 1 cup of mini M&M's pressing gently into dough. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until baked through. Remove and let cool 1 hour before cutting into squares.
