White Chocolate Churro Fat Bombs
These Keto friendly Churro Fat Bombs are packed with flavor and the perfect healthier snack when you sweet tooth is calling!
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Lakanta Monkfruit Sweetener with Erythritol Classic
- 1 tablespoon Lily's Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Lily's Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips finely chopped
Place softened cream cheese, sugar substitute, 1 tablespoon finely chopped white chocolate chips, and ground cinnamon into a large mixing bowl. With a spoon, mix until well combined.
Place remaining 2 tablespoons finely chopped white chocolate chips onto a flat plate to get ready to roll Fat Bombs.
With a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop cream cheese mixture then carefully place it onto chopped white chocolate chips. Roll all sides into chips then place onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Continue until all cream cheese mixture has been used. Freeze for 20-30 minutes before serving. Serve cold.
