Pumpkin Spice Oreo Fudge
This EASY Pumpkin Spice Oreo Fudge is perfect for your upcoming Holiday parties and gatherings.
8 x 8 baking dish
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 12 Oreos crushed into small pieces (saving 2 tablespoons for top of fudge)
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Line an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Place sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips into a large heat proof microwavable bowl. Stir to combine and heat in the microwave for 1 1/2-2 minutes, until melted and smooth. Moving quickly, add Oreo cookie pieces (reserve a couple tablespoons of cookie crumbs for top of fudge) and pumpkin pie spice. Stir to combine then transfer to prepared baking dish. Spread evenly then top with remaining cookie crumbs, pressing gently into soft fudge. Cover fudge loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving, overnight is even better. Cut set up fudge into squares and serve.
