Ingredients
1cupsoftened butter
3/4cupbrown sugar
3/4cupgranulated sugar
2eggs
1tablespoonvanilla
2 1/2cupsflour
1teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonsalt
1cupChocolate Granola
2cupschopped Chocolate Covered Cherries
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a stand or electric mixer cream the butter and sugars until well combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla until well combined. Place flour, baking soda, and salt into a large bowl; mix then add to wet ingredients along with the granola and cherry pieces. With a cookie scoop, scoop into mini muffin tins or mini cheesecake pan as I have used. Bake for 15 minutes or until just golden around the edges. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Notes
*If just making normal cookies, bake for 9 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
