This Spicy Chicken Artichoke Pasta recipe is perfect if you have leftover chicken in the fridge! Throw in some broccoli, or the veggie of your choice, and enjoy a steaming bowl of chicken and pasta!

2cupssteamed broccoli florets(I boil them in water for 3 minutes, then rinse with cold water)
¼cupextra virgin olive oil
1clovefresh garlicminced
¼cupartichoke spreadfrom Trader Joes, or marinated artichoke hearts from jar that have been chopped slightly in the food processor
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
Heat 2 Tablespoons olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and red pepper flakes until onions are translucent and tender, about 4-5 minutes. Stir in chicken and broccoli. Reduce heat to low and set aside.
In a large dutch oven or pot heat ¼ Cup olive oil over medium heat. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in cooked pasta, chicken mixture and artichoke spread. Reduce heat to low. Stir until well combined and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with garlic bread and Enjoy!
