2tablespoonsold fashioned rolled oats
2tablespoonswalnuts
1/2teaspooncinnamon
2teaspoonsground flax seed
1/2cupfiltered water
1cupunsweetened almond milk
1scoop Vega Protein Powderor protein powder of choice

Instructions
