Double Chocolate Covered Pretzel Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1cupbutter
1cupwhite sugar
3/4cupbrown sugar
2eggs
1tsp.vanilla
1/2cupcreamy peanut butter
1 3/4cupsflour
1 1/4cupscocoa powderI used Hershey's Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
2tsps.baking soda
1/4tsp.salt
1 1/2cupswhite chocolate chips
1cupchocolate covered pretzelscoarsely crushed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cookie sheet. (I used a cookie sheet with a silpat liner)
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Slowly add eggs and vanilla until well combined then add peanut butter until combined.
In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Slowly add to wet ingredients then stir in white chips and pretzels. Using a medium cookie scoop, drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 9-11 minutes, should still be soft in center. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
