Ingredients
2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
2tablespoonssalted butter
1cupfinely chopped white onion
1teaspoonfresh minced garlic
4 15.25ounceand whole kernel corndrained, about 6 cups
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
1/4teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
1/4teaspoongarlic saltLawry's
3ouncescream cheesefull fat
2tablespoonsshredded Parmesan Cheese
1tablespoonsugar
2tablespoonschopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Place oil and butter into a large rimmed skillet or pot over medium heat. When hot, saute onion for 5 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add corn, salt, pepper and garlic salt stirring to combine. Add cream cheese, stir until melted and creamy. Stir in Parmesan Cheese and sugar, stirring to combine. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.
