Ingredients
For the Grilled Chicken
4boneless skinless chicken breastspounded to an even thickness
½cupKraft’s Tuscan House Italian salad dressing/marinade (It's a new flavor, really good)
salt and pepper
For the Honey Glazed Carrots
2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
2tablespoonsbutter
4cupscarrotsthinly sliced and peeled
salt and pepper
2tablespoonshoney
For the Garlic Green Beans
2cans green beansdrained
pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic salt
Instructions
For the Grilled Chicken
Using a meat mallet, pound chicken to an even thickness. Preheat indoor grill pan over medium heat on the stovetop.
Spray with cooking spray, season chicken with pinches of salt and pepper, and grill chicken 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through. While grilling, brush Tuscan House Italian Dressing over both sides. Remove from grill, place on a plate and cover lightly with foil to rest until serving.
For the Carrots
Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add carrots, a pinch of salt, pepper and the honey. Stir and let cook for 10-12 minutes, or until softened to your liking. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
For the Green Beans
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium low heat unil warm and ready to serve.
