Tuscan House Italian Grilled 10 Minute Chicken

Ingredients

For the Grilled Chicken

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded to an even thickness
  • ½ cup Kraft’s Tuscan House Italian salad dressing/marinade (It's a new flavor, really good)
  • salt and pepper

For the Honey Glazed Carrots

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups carrots thinly sliced and peeled
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons honey

For the Garlic Green Beans

  • 2 cans green beans drained
  • pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic salt

Instructions

For the Grilled Chicken

  • Using a meat mallet, pound chicken to an even thickness. Preheat indoor grill pan over medium heat on the stovetop.
  • Spray with cooking spray, season chicken with pinches of salt and pepper, and grill chicken 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through. While grilling, brush Tuscan House Italian Dressing over both sides. Remove from grill, place on a plate and cover lightly with foil to rest until serving.

For the Carrots

  • Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add carrots, a pinch of salt, pepper and the honey. Stir and let cook for 10-12 minutes, or until softened to your liking. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.

For the Green Beans

  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium low heat unil warm and ready to serve.
