Alfredo Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds thin chicken breast or chicken tenderloin
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon buffalo sauce
  • 12 butter lettuce cups

Instructions

  • Season both sides chicken with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Place into the basket of an air fryer and cook at 375 for 9-10 minutes flipping half way. Remove chicken from air fryer and place onto cutting board. Cut into thin slices and place into a warm skillet.
  • To prepare buffalo Alfredo sauce, place butter, cream cheese and heavy cream into a small sauce pan over medium heat. Whisk until melted and hot. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan and buffalo sauce. Pour sauce over chicken strips and serve warm inside cold crisp lettuce cups.

Notes

  • Use shredded rotisserie chicken if you don't want to cook your own chicken.
  • Use Iceburg lettuce leaves as another lettuce option.
  • Try the chicken mixture over pasta and even inside warm tortillas for more options.
  • Use already prepared alfredo sauce if you don't want to make my homemade version.
