  • Thin sliced chicken breast or chicken tenderloin– Check the meat department of your grocery store for thinly sliced chicken breast or chicken tenderloin.
  • Kosher salt– I use kosher salt for my recipes, it’s a coarse salt.
  • Freshly ground black pepper- Use freshly ground black pepper for best tasting resutls.
  • Garlic salt– Lawry’s garlic salt is my favorite brand to use.
  • Salted butter– Butter is used to make the homemade alfredo sauce.
  • Full fat cream cheese– Use full fat cream cheese for best results. It’s used to make the alfredo sauce.
  • Fresh grated Parmesan cheese– Parmesan cheese is also used to make the alfredo sauce. Fresh grated is best.
  • Buffalo Sauce– I used Primal Kitchen brand, but any buffalo sauce you like works just fine.
  • Butter Lettuce Leaves– Butter lettuce leaves work great. Iceburg lettuce can work too.
