Baked Meatball Sliders

These baked meatball sliders are oozing with cheese and pasta sauce sandwiched between garlic buttered Hawaiian Rolls. So good!

Ingredients

  • 12 Count Hawaiian Rolls
  • 30 mini meatballs
  • 12 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups pasta sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Spread

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven To 350 Degrees F.
  • Remove Hawaiian Rolls from package and turn all 12 on their side and cut in half lengthwise.
  • In a large saucepan, add 1/2 cup water then add meatballs over medium low heat, stirring until no longer frozen. Remove meatballs, drain any liquid.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place bottom half of rolls onto the center of the baking sheet.
  • Lay six slices of Provolone cheese over bottom half of rolls.
  • Place meatballs evenly over cheese.
  • Pour pasta sauce over meatballs.
  • Add Parmesan cheese to the top of meatballs and pasta sauce.
  • Place 6 more slices of Provolone cheese over meatballs.
  • Place top half of rolls on top of the cheese layer.
  • Melt garlic spread or butter in a small heat proof bowl and microwave for 12-15 seconds until melted. Use a pastry brush and brush generously over tops of rolls.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and hot.
  • Remove sliders from oven. Use a long knife to cut into squares. Arrange onto a serving plate with a warm bowl of pasta sauce for dipping.
