Notes
Can I Add Noodles?Yes, you can cook any small pasta of your choice and add them to the soup. I like to undercook the pasta a minute or two so it doesn't get too soft when added to the hot soup. What Other Vegetables Can I Add?I also wanted to add sliced zucchini to the soup. It would make the perfect addition. Corn, cauliflower florets and chopped bell peppers would be great too. Garbanzo beans would be a delicious addition too.Can I Substitute The Chicken? You can use whatever protein you'd like. Tender beef cubes would be delicious. Ground sausage would be great too. You can also choose to leave the chicken out completely for just a vegetable soup. What Can I Use If I Don't Have Ranch Seasoning Mix?If you can't find the Ranch seasoning mix, I would just adjust the salt, pepper and garlic salt until you are happy with the flavor. The Italian Dressing mix is also good if you want to try it instead of the Ranch.
