These fudgy air fryer brownies are simple to make and chocolate brownie perfection! Crispy edges with ooey gooey centers. You have to try the air fryer method! So easy and delicious!

Ingredients
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1/4cupCanola oil
1large egg
1/2teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1/3cupall-purpose flour
1/8teaspoonkosher salt
1/4cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1/2cupchocolate chunks
3Oreo Cookiescrushed
Instructions
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the sugar and oil until well combined. Add egg and vanilla stirring until completely combined.
Add flour, salt and cocoa powder to mixing bowl, stirring until well combined.
Add chocolate chunks to brownie batter, stirring just until combined.
Preheat Air Fryer to 330 Degrees F.
With a spoon or rubber spatula, transfer brownie batter to a 6 inch cake pan that's been lined with parchment paper. Place into air fryer.
Cook brownies in air fryer at 330 degrees F. for 14-17 minutes or until toothpick comes mostly clean when poked in center of brownies.
Remove brownies and let cool for 30 minutes before cutting.

Measure your air fryer basket to see what size pan you need for your brownies.
You can use small cake pans round or square and even ramekins. You can also use silicone baking cups.
Let the brownies cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting.
Use a plastic knife to cut brownies for non stick easy cutting.
To cut squares in the round pan, I cut off the 4 round edges leaving a square in the middle and then cut 4 squares. Save the round edge pieces too. They're all delicious!
