Ranch House Crock Pot Pork Chops with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

Sharing my Ranch House Crock Pot Pork Chops with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes today!

These Ranch House Crock Pot Pork Chops with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes make the perfect Sunday Dinner! This is one of those recipes where I will tell you, Don’t judge the book by it’s cover. This is a very misleading dish because appearance wise it doesn’t look all that exciting, but trust me, it makes up for it all in taste!

Every time I break out the ol’ crock pot I always think to myself, why don’t I use this baby more often?! It’s about the easiest form of cooking out there and it never fails to produce incredible flavorful dishes. There’s something about a meal that’s been slow cooked all day that is so appealing. Give this comforting stick to your ribs good dinner a shot, it’s embarrassingly easy and your family will love it!

Ranch House Crock Pot Pork Chops with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 packet dry Ranch Dressing Seasoning
10 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup

4 lbs peeled, cubed potatoes
5 Tablespoons real butter
1 Cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
6 cloves roasted garlic (click for directions how to roast garlic)
1- 1 1/2 Cups warm skim milk (any milk will do, I just happened to use skim)
1 Tablespoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper, or to taste

1. Place pork chops, Ranch seasoning and soup into a medium sized crock pot over high heat for 4 hours or low heat for 6 hours.

2. Place potatoes into a large pot of cold water. Place onto stovetop over high heat and bring to a boil. Once water is boiling, cook for 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain and transfer to the work bowl of a stand or electric mixer. Mix on low until potatoes are mashed then add butter, parmesan, garlic, milk, salt and pepper. Season to taste if needed. For thinner mashed potatoes add more milk, slowly until your desired consitency.

3. Scoop mashed potatoes onto serving plates and top with pork chops and soup gravy from crock pot. Enjoy!

If you treat your internet site as being a business, as well as whether it is an e-commerce site, then receiving a virtual web server is among the
most best route for you to take. One in the first features you ought to consider when searching for a web host, whatever your plans are to your site, will be the guaranteed uptime.
It can create those kinds of sites the location where

Hi Jenny! I have a chicken allergy — can I substitute a different “Cream of” soup for the Cream of Chicken soup? I’m not very savvy about substituting and usually just avoid dishes that have any poultry ingredients, but this looks so delicious – I would love to try it!

Thanks a bunch — LOVE LOVE LOVE your website and recipes!

I know this is an older recipe, but I just found it! Do the pork chops need to be thawed, or can they go in frozen? Looks delicious!

    Hi!

This recipe sounds super easy and amazing at the same time (perfect for a college student), but I was just wondering if the pork chops needed to be thawed or if they could be frozen? If they were frozen, how much would that increase the cooking time?

    Thanks!

I tried this last night.. to die for! I made it for my Grandma who is very hard to please. Back in the day she was an amazing cook and nothing I ever make is good enough, its always just blah according to her.. she called this dish “Delicious”. Thank you for this recipe. 🙂

I have had the pork chops in the crock pot for a couple hrs and it looks so dry. I have it on low. Did you put any milk or water in with the soup? It just really doesn’t look like it is having any sauce. Afraid it is going to burn. Any help would be great. Thanks!

  14. Rachel

This recipe sounds delicious! I have recently joined a freezer meal exchange group and would love to know if this could be frozen? (I’m sure the chops would be fine but I’m too new at this to figure out the potatoes!) Do you have any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks! 🙂

Just had to let you know I made this tonight and not only did every one of my picky eaters (including the hubby) go back for seconds, that completely wiped out the entire dinner. I am not even exaggerating – this is officially my families fave pork recipe. THANK YOU for an easy fixed meal my family loves!

  18. Tracy

I made this last night in a pampered chef roaster with lid and set the over to 200 degrees for 6 hrs. It was amazing…

  19. Amy

I just wanted to say that I made this for dinner yesterday and it was a hit! We all loved it!!! So easy and so good!

  20. Shannon

I tried this tonight. It was the best way I’ve ever cooked a pork chop, no knife needed- it literally fell off the bone. Tons of flavor, there’s nothing not to love!
