Easy Fudge Recipe Ingredients
Here are the ingredients you need to make homemade fudge at home. See the recipe card at the bottom of the post for full details and instructions.
- Sweetened Condensed Milk– Find sweetened condensed milk in the baking section of the grocery store. It gives the fudge its’ sweetness and gives the fudge the chewy texture.
- White Chocolate Chips– Find white chocolate chips near the other chocolate chips in the baking isle.
- Oreo Cookies– Oreo Cookies will be chopped up to give crushed Oreos in every bite.
- Pumpkin Pie Spice– Pumpkin Pie Spice is a blended spice found in the baking section near the spices. A blend of cinnamon, nutmeg and all spice.
How To Make Oreo Fudge
Prepare Baking Sheet. Line an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt Chips With Condensed Milk. Place sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips into a large heat proof microwavable bowl.
Microwave To Melt. Stir to combine and heat in the microwave for 1 1/2-2 minutes, until melted and smooth.
Add Oreos to Melted Chips Mixture. Moving quickly, add Oreo cookie pieces (reserve a couple tablespoons of cookie crumbs for top of fudge) and pumpkin pie spice. Stir to combine.
Transfer To Baking Dish. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Spread evenly then top with remaining cookie crumbs, pressing gently into soft fudge.
Refrigerate. Cover fudge loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving, overnight is even better. Cut set up fudge into squares and serve.
