Ok, I LOVE this applesauce on the go! It is just a genius idea, wish I would have thought of it.
GoGo Squeeze/Materne is a France based company with an incredible product I know you will love. The good folks at Materne are giving 2 Picky Palate Readers 4 boxes each of their applesauce on the go! That’s 16 pouches.
My boys LOVED this applesauce on the go. I put it in their lunches and they devoured it for after school snack too. They really couldn’t keep their hands off of it. Check out GoGo Squeeze/Materne website to see where you can pick some up near you!!
You’ll see by the pictures below, I had no problem getting the boys to sample this product 🙂

Foodie Friend!
Luckily I don’t need any tips for getting my kids to eat a healthy snack – they would pick a piece of fruit, or even veggies with ranch over candy or cookies any day of the week.
Both my loves will eat any fruit any time of day. If only I could get them to eat their veggies! I’m the mom who mushes up veggies and mixes it in with their fruit to get some greens in. What’s a mom to do?

We love freeze-dried fruit around here. Also whole-grain thin rice cakes (which I’m pleading with the grocery store not to quit carrying) with peanut or sunflower butter or Nutella.
I can get my kids to try any healthy snack as long as I put a spin on it. carbeurators, tire wheels, magic wands, etc.
I tell my kids they can have one fruit snack a day, but let them pick when they eat it. I also put out a muffin tin full of snack choices where they can reach it. The tin will have a couple “sweets” but mostly cheese, frut, etc.

frozen fruit such as grapes and bananas taste soooo good
My son’s favorite snack is apple sauce. He even picks out the different flavored ones. His last one was blueberry/pomegranate. I find if I narrow things down to a few healthy options and let him pick he will devour whatever it is.

My thirteen-month-old has always eaten healthy, homemade, natural foods. She is perfectly content to eat any fruit or veggie for a snack. She’ll also eat pretty much anything with hummus smeared on it. Stacking different things interests her, too.
I’m also a foodie friend.
I don’t have any kids, but I do love applesauce, especially frozen.
