I love grilling vegetables – zucchini, asparagus, corn.. Unfortunately I live in a apartment now so I cannot grill anything. Its going to be a long summer.

What a great little grill to have for summer vacations! We don’t currently grill, mainly because our patio/deck dreams are on hold for now. But once we get a nice outdoor space, I am looking forward to learning!

I love grilled portabella mushrooms and grilled corn.
Favorite food on the grill? Hmmm…that’s tough. Cheese stuffed burgers, marinated chicken or flank steak, salmon, and I’m going to have to add some good ol’ hot dogs! Love some summertime grilling!

Oh I do so love grilling pineapple! Sure, burning meat is fun, but I love the pairing of the warm char with the super-cool-sweetness of fruit. I tend to let a pineapple sit on my counter a day or two to get extra heavy and ripe. Yum!

Oh, I love grilling steaks (ribeye!), and then steak & chicken kabobs. I also like to fill a foil lasagna pan with veggies (yellow squash, zuc, onions, cherry tomatoes, baby bella mushrooms, red and green peppers, fresh garlic, etc) and put that on the top rack. I also love to grill Michigan sweet corn in husk – very much looking forward to that harvest later this summer! Thanks, Jenny & AJ Madison!

We love to grill corn on the cob and kabobs in the summertime at our friends house, but would looove to have our own grill! In the fall we grill burgers/brats at tailgates, and this portable grill would be perfect to take to all the games we attend!
