Sharing the best Disneyland Restaurants for breakfast today! There are some pretty amazing Disneyland Restaurants around the resort, let’s talk about my favorites for breakfast!
Disneyland Restaurants
Carnation Cafe, Main Street, U.S.A.
Carnation Cafe is one of my very favorite Disneyland restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can’t beat the giant Mickey Waffle at Carnation Cafe. It’s a classic you can get all year round and it’s AMAZING! Be sure to get your reservations in advance to make sure you get a table. Download the Disneyland app and you can reserve right from your smart phone. Another favorite from Carnation Cafe is Apple Granola Pancakes. It’s fantastic if pancakes are more your thing.

Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe, Main Street, U.S.A.
Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe at the end of Main Street, U.S.A. is the perfect quick service restaurant to grab a bite to eat for breakfast.
I particularly love the scrambled egg croissant. There’s always amazing baked goods and pastries available too. Don’t miss Jolly Holiday.
Market House (Starbucks), Main Street, U.S.A.
Market House on Main Street is a great place to grab quick bite to eat for breakfast. They’ve got an assortment of breakfast sandwiches, wraps and egg bites. The Sous Vide Bacon Gruyere Egg Bites are my favorite!
Keep in mind, Starbucks can be pretty long lines. It seems to move quick, but know there will likely be a line. The Pink Drink from Starbucks will always be a favorite of mine. So refreshing and sweet.
Plaza Inn “Minnie & Friends – Breakfast in the Park,” Main Street, U.S.A.
One of my favorite Character Dining experiences at Disneyland Resort is hands down Plaza Inn for Minnie & Friends – Breakfast in the Park. It’s an all-you-care-to-enjoy spread of all your morning favorites: made-to-order omelets and Mickey waffles, French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, fresh-baked pastries and breads, fruit, and hot and cold cereals.
Lots of great photo opportunities! Love this breakfast. Be sure to get your reservations in advance via the Disneyland App, it’s nice and easy to reserve right from your smart phone.
Galactic Grill, Tomorrowland
Galactic Grill in Tomorrowland is another great quick service restaurant to grab some quick breakfast.
We love the American Breakfast Burrito. It’s a hidden gem if you ask us. Give it a try when you need a good savory quick breakfast!
Ship To Shore, Frontierland
Don’t miss the ever so famous Breakfast Chimichanga from the food stand right across from Big Thunder Mountain Railroad called Ship To Shore. Be sure to pick up the Green Salsa for an extra $1 as well. It’s delicious. Keep in mind this one sells out pretty quick. Get there early for your chance to try it! Can be a little greasy, so grab extra napkins too!
Red Rose Taverne, Fantasyland
Red Rose Taverne in Fantasyland has some great quick service menu items. I’m a sucker for the Mickey Shaped Pancake just about every time I visit.
Here’s the new Stuffed French Toast from Red Rose Taverne. Orange Marmalade-Cream Cheese, topped with Berry Compote and served with choice of Hickory-smoked Bacon or Sausage. It’s fantastic!!
Look at this gooey middle! You want to try this one.
This is Beast’s Breakfast Burger from Red Rose Taverne- 1/3 lb Angus Patty, Rosemary-Maple Cream Cheese, Hickory-smoked Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, and Seasoned Waffle-cut Fries on a Toasted Roll. I enjoyed this one too. French Toast was better in my opinion.
Maurice’s Treats, Fantasyland
The Churro Gears aka Churro Donuts are brand new for January 2020. They’re ultra soft and airy with delicious cinnamon sugar topping! Don’t miss these from Maurice’s Treats!
As of January 2020, you can also order these little donut holes in a pack of 6 with choices of sugar on top. Tip, ask for them to be warmed. I wasn’t thrilled with them room temperature, but heard they’re great warmed.
If you are looking for a quick pastry you can take on the go while you’re walking through the Park, head on over to Maurice’s Treats little cart in the Fantasyland Fantasy Faire area. Maurice’s Treats opens at 10am.
The Boysen Apple Freeze at Maurice’s is one of our very favorites at Maurice’s Treats!
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opened up Summer of 2019 and has had some delicious breakfast options. Check out my favorites below.

Docking Bay 7 Food And Cargo, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
This is Rising Moons Overnight Oats from Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo and also available at Ronto Roasters. Loved the fresh fruit and popping pearls on top. A great choice for a quick breakfast.
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
The Black Spire Hot Chocolate is available at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo as well as Ronto Roasters. It’s fantastic, perfectly creamy and sweet.
Disney California Adventure Park
Flo’s V8 Cafe, Cars Land
One of my very places to eat breakfast in all of Disneyland Resort is Flo’s V8 Cafe.
This Brioche French Toast, top right of above photo is so ridiculously good. You’ve got to try it. The Chicken Tamale Breakfast is fantastic too, if you’re looking for something savory. I like to have someone in our party order one of each so we can share some of the sweet and savory dishes.
Schmoozies, Hollywood Land
Schmoozies in Hollywood Land is a great place to grab some morning smoothies and doughnuts! I’ve always been a fan of Schmoozies. Check them out next time you need some quick breakfast on the go.
Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Cafe, Buena Vista Street
Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Cafe is the Starbucks at Disney California Adventure Park. Same menu as the Disneyland Park location. Love the Sous Vide Egg Bites and baked goodies too! Again, usually a pretty long line, so plan accordingly. Head next door to Trolley Treats to pick up your favorite bakery goodies! Don’t miss the Churro Toffee.
