Here’s what you’ll need to make this slush recipe at home. See the recipe card at the bottom of the post for full details.
- Orange Juice– Use a good quality orange juice for best tasting results.
- Almond Milk– We like the unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Blue Almond is a great brand.
- Vanilla– For best tasting results use pure vanilla extract.
- Honey– Use your favorite variety of honey for the recipe.
- Ice Cubes– Ice cubes create the slushy aspect of the recipe.

How To Make Easy Slushy Recipe
Orange Juice and Almond Milk. Pour the orange juice and almond milk into the blender.

Vanilla, Honey and Ice Cubes. Add vanilla, honey and ice cubes to the blender.

Blend. Blend all ingredients until combined and slush consistency is achieved, about 15 seconds with a Blendtec.

Pour Into Glasses. Pour blended drink into your favorite glasses and enjoy with family and friends!

Equipment
- Blender
- measuring cups
- measuring spoons
- glasses
Ingredients
- 4-5 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup almond milk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 4 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- Place orange juice into blender along with almond milk, honey, vanilla and ice cubes. Blend for about 15 seconds or until ice is blended into small pieces.
- Pour slushy into individual glasses and serve cold.

I like to mix orange and pineapple.
Actually, this recipe is close to what I like. I love the creamy type things — with milk or cream added to conventional fruit flavors — Strawberry cream, Orange Cream, etc.
I don’t drink many smoothies, but I had a strawberry and pineapple one that was pretty tasty.
Banana & peanut butter is my favorite combination. Another one I love is Mango & Pineapple…..so refreshing!
