I love to make what I call the beer-nutty butterscotch “faux flip”:
Ingredients:
~for the mixer~
2 (12 oz.) bottles BEER
8 oz. NUTTER BUTTER SANDWICH COOKIES
6 oz. VANILLA ALMOND MILK
1 (7 oz.) can WHIPPED TOPPING (like Reddi-Whip; or use vanilla ice cream)
1 (4 serving size) pkg. INSTANT BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING MIX
1 oz. PEANUT POWDER (bellplantation.com)
1 oz. RUM OR BOURBON
1 teaspoon VANILLA EXTRACT
½ teaspoon CINNAMON
¾ teaspoon CHIPOTLE CHILE POWDER (optional)
~for the cocktail~
3 oz. MIX
1-2 tablespoons Peanut Powder (bellplantation.com)
BEER
CINNAMON, to garnish
Instructions:
For the mix, blend on high speed until smooth and frothy.
For the cocktail, pour 3 oz. Mix into a pint glass. Add the peanut powder. While stirring vigorously, top off the glass with beer and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Thanks for the article. My favorite recipe is a broccoli soup. I need to upgrade my blender. I have an ancient NuTone built-in model with a three sided container. I preforms better than any of the inexpensive offerings, so, I have two choices. I was pleased to see your give-a-way in that I after watching hours of videos and reading article after article, the Blendtec designer series offering may be the choice for me. I’ll keep my fingers crossed. And thanks
