The perfect dinner would simply have to be anything that I was enjoying with my loving husband. But we really love the Paris Chicken dish that we had on our honeymoon in Vegas, we have recreated it many times at home for special occasions.

I would have to start with a tomato and onion salad with fresh mozzarella cheese and a nice Balsamic vineagarette dressing. Then I would have to have a nice soup bowl, fresh from the oven multigrain bread with Chicken and Noodles. Then I would need cheesy potatoes with a bacon wrapped filet with blue cheese and a 7 pepper blend with one of those being a nice sweet and spicy, and asparagus. Then for dessert, now thats the hard part I am a sucker for Cheesecake. I love pumpkin cheesecake that is made from FRESH pumpkin. I also love a good icebox pie. If I was rich I would eat it EVERYDAY!!!!!

I’d like a “Healthy” lasagna complete with lots of veggies, low fat cheeses, and whole-wheat pasta. A green salad and some corn.

To make it perfect, I’d need some kind of chocolate dessert. I’m not picky!

Any kind of pasta with yummy, creamy pasta sauce and lots of real imported parmeggiano or pecorino cheese. And of course some kind of chocolate dessert.

It’s a toss up of a filet Mignon dinner we had once, or a corned beef dinner with potatoes, carrots and cabbage! YUM, I can’t wait for St. Patrick’s Day! And then some Tiramisu, even if it doesn’t ‘go with’ what I had, lol.
