As I was deciding what recipe to make from Ree’s new book, my eyes were quickly drawn to her Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies. I love a good thin crispy cookie so I knew this was the recipe for me!

Ok, back to the cookies 🙂 These cookies took no time at all to whip up. The dough was absolutely delicious! Yes, those are my PJ’s in the reflection of my KitchenAid, lol!

Dinner tonight is diet food- A hamburger, salad, and veggie. We’re off on vacation in 4 weeks and I need my summer clothes to fit! Amazing how 10 extra pounds can fit in my sweats!

I have marinated the roast for 48hrs in soy sauce garlic n red wine I will cook it low n slow at about 11am n tonight we will have a family favorite,………..Philly Cheesesteaks 🙂 the real trick is pulling out the 40lb. meat slicer n shaving the beef thinly ! can’t wait!
Tonight’s menu: homemade chicken nuggets, from scratch noodles, & cheesy broccoli. All to be washed down with a pitcher of my sweet tea!
