BBQ Ranch Chicken and Cheddar Pizza Roll Ups

BBQ Chicken Pizza is one of those things that just never gets old in my book. I could order it every time we eat at California Pizza Kitchen and be a happy girl. We had some left over BBQ chicken this week and this is what I did with the leftovers. Talk about a fun and tasty lunch yesterday. You can make your own BBQ sauce or just use KC Masterpiece and don’t tell anyone! I used Pillsbury’s pizza dough in the can, but again feel free to use any ol’ pizza dough that floats your boat. It’s all delish, enjoy some Roll em’ ups!

Tried these for the first time and my family loved them. Asked for a second batch! They are easier to roll up if you dice the chicken as finely as possible.

I made these tonight, but with italian cheese because I had it pre-shredded. I also added bacon bits because we are fans of bacon, and my favorite BBQ Chicken Pizza has bacon on it (and pineapple, but I was afraid it’d get mushy). I’m so excited to eat this! Thanks for so many amazing recipes, you are a culinary genius!

I had some issues with my pizza dough falling apart, but despite that – they were great!

I don’t even like ranch, but the combination of bbq chicken and ranch was epic!

    Thanks for sharing!

I made these this weekend for a football watch party & they were a hit!! My husband loved them so much, he asked if we could just leave the platter at home instead of taking them! I actually cut the rectangle of dough in half length-wise so they would be bite-sized & they turned out great. Thanks so much for all your awesome recipes that are so easy!!!
