Chocolate Peanut Butter Bundt Cake with Sweet Peanut Butter Icing

This is such a fun cake to whip up for so many occasions.  It’s perfect for summer picnics, family gatherings, birthday parties, you name it!  NO one will ever guess it starts with a cake mix.  Trust me.  If you plan on taking this cake to a party, take the icing packaged separately and drizzle in front of your guests, more dramatic that way :)

You’ll love this one, enjoy!!  xoxo

Here’s your line up.  Nice and easy for ya!

Let’s start with the cake batter shall we?

1 box of chocolate pudding mix.

4 large beautiful eggs.

Heavy cream or milk will do :)

A little oil and sour cream.

Peanut Butter!  Now…please note, you can leave the peanut butter out if you’d like just a fabulous chocolate bundt.  You can even add some chocolate chips that would be delish.

Do not be alarmed, your batter will be very thick.

Place it right into your bundt pan.

Spread it nice and even, then time to bake!

Ahhhh, there it is, baked and perfect!  Let this baby cool.

This icing is completely deadly.  I wanted to swim in the darn stuff :)

Shortly before serving, drizzle that perfect icing right on top.

It will drip down the sides, but no worries, more to dip your cake slices into.

Bundt cake perfect-0!

I may have gotten carried away with the photos here, lol!

Well, more to drool at right?  Enjoy!

Beautiful! Great pictures, as always…how on Earth do you manage to pour ingredients into your bowl and take pictures at the same time? I’m not that coordinated! ;) That last shot of all the glaze in the middle…haha, that’s the part I’d want to eat most.

Ok, this is in my oven baking as I type. It smells heavenly!! I’m bringing it to a family gathering tomorrow. I have a question. How is the icing the 2nd day? Can I make up the icing today and just pour it on at the party or should I make it tomorrow when I’m at the party? Thanks for your help.
