Let’s start with the cake batter shall we?

How To Make Chocolate Bundt Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and spray bundt pan with non stick cooking spray.
  2. To prepare cake, place cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, cream, oil, sour cream, water and peanut butter into a stand mixer. Beat on low until well combined. Batter will be thick. Transfer to prepared bundt pan and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until baked through. Let cool for 20 minutes before turning cake onto a cake stand. Let cool completely.
  3. To prepare icing, melt peanut butter in microwave for about 30 seconds. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until well combined. Drizzle part over cooled cake and add a second layer after 15 or 20 minutes. Save remaining icing for individual slices of cake.

Peanut Butter! Now…please note, you can leave the peanut butter out if you’d like just a fabulous chocolate bundt. You can even add some chocolate chips that would be delish.

recipe for chocolate peanut butter bundt cake calls for a small can of condensed milk for the frosting. How many ounces is this? What is a small can? Sorry.

    thanks

What a huge disappointment!!! Looks so good tastes like… Well nothing. This is the most flavorless cake I’ve ever made/eaten. I made it as she suggested even added the chocolate chips and I am shocked how something with so many tasty components can turn out to have no flavor. I love to bake and do it all the time so am stunned how tasteless this is. I keep taking bites hoping for flavor but still nothing. I would have been better off making the cake according to its directions and putting some canned frosting on top. Which to me is a no no. I’m embarrassed to take this any where. HUGE WAST OF TIME CALORIES AND MONEY!!!!

Ok, this is in my oven baking as I type. It smells heavenly!! I’m bringing it to a family gathering tomorrow. I have a question. How is the icing the 2nd day? Can I make up the icing today and just pour it on at the party or should I make it tomorrow when I’m at the party? Thanks for your help.

Beautiful! Great pictures, as always…how on Earth do you manage to pour ingredients into your bowl and take pictures at the same time? I’m not that coordinated! 😉 That last shot of all the glaze in the middle…haha, that’s the part I’d want to eat most.
