Cinnamon chips!  These are so yummy.  Keep an eye out at your grocery store, they seem easier to find around baking season.  You can always order them on Amazon if you can’t find them.

I love how simple and delicious this is. You should really write a book – cooking and baking with kids. I love how easy this (and many other recipes of yours) is and it would be so fun to do with my little guy.

    Lindsey says:

Sooo good! I used my last bag of cinnamon chips a few weeks ago, so I omitted those 🙁
Also, for the cinnamon, I used 1/2 tsp. of Saigon Cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. of Roasted Saigon Cinnamon. Yum!!

This was SO EASY to make; I saw the recipe today and I already had everything in my pantry! Will definitely make again!

P.s. Even my husband had 2 squares and he is not a huge pumpkin lover! 🙂

  21. 21

I should be tired of pumpkin by now but I just can’t quit!

    Lizzie Croom says:

These were delicious, but mine turned out more like regular cake than bars. I skipped the parchment paper, could that be why? Or perhaps they were overmixed in the stand mixer?

    alma says:

I made these yesterday cause I was hoping for somethinng ooey gooey but it ended up like regular cake. It was great and super yummy but not what I expected.

    Sara H says:

We loved the taste of these but I did end up with more of a cake consistency than bar. Not sure why? My kids had no clue they were supposed to be bars though and want me to make them again at Thanksgiving!

    Lynne says:

Everybody loved these, and I’m making them again. They are more cake like than bars though. Really good!
