My Fluffernutter Churro Blondies are inspired by my all-time favorite churro from Disneyland, the Fluffernutter Churro. You can find that churro at Willie’s Churro Cart.

Ingredients For Fluffernutter Blondies
- salted butter
- white chips
- all-purpose flour
- light or dark brown sugar, packed
- baking soda
- kosher salt
- large eggs
- mini chocolate chips
- marshmallow bits or marshmallow creme
- creamy peanut butter
How To Make Fluffernutter Blondies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Place butter into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30-45 seconds, until butter is melted and hot. Add 3/4 cup white chips and let sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. If needed, place back into microwave for an additional 15-30 seconds to melt through.
- Place flour, sugar, baking soda and salt into a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine. add in 1/2 cup white chips then add eggs and melted chocolate. Stir until well combined. Transfer to prepared baking dish, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and Marshmallow Bits…if you don’t have Marshmallow Bits, just omit this step for them.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until baked through. Let cool completely. When cool, drizzle with melted peanut butter. If you have Marshmallow Cream drizzle with marshmallow cream as well. If you have Marshmallow Bits, sprinkle those on top with more mini chocolate chips. Cut into squares and enjoy!

A blondie is a rich, sweet dessert bar that resembles a traditional brownie without cocoa powder.
What Is The Difference of a Brownie and a Blondie?
The main difference between a brownie and a blondie is that brownies use cocoa powder making them chocolate where blondies are “blonde” with no cocoa powder.

Place the blondies dough into an 8 x 8 inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
Sprinkle tops with mini chocolate chips and Marshmallow Bits if you have them, if not, just leave the bits off. You’ll drizzle with Marshmallow Creme after baked.
Bake for 25-28 minutes, until baked through. Let cool completely, cut into squares and drizzle with slightly melted marshmallow creme and creamy peanut butter. Top with mini chocolate chips.
How To Store Fluffernutter Blondies
Store in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Enjoy room temperature or warmed in microwave for 15 seconds.
