Ok, I LOVE this applesauce on the go! It is just a genius idea, wish I would have thought of it.

GoGo Squeeze/Materne is a France based company with an incredible product I know you will love. The good folks at Materne are giving 2 Picky Palate Readers 4 boxes each of their applesauce on the go! That’s 16 pouches.

My boys LOVED this applesauce on the go. I put it in their lunches and they devoured it for after school snack too. They really couldn’t keep their hands off of it. Check out GoGo Squeeze/Materne website to see where you can pick some up near you!!

You’ll see by the pictures below, I had no problem getting the boys to sample this product 🙂

Here’s How To Enter:

1. Leave a comment here telling us any killer tips you have to get the kids to eat healthier snacks, what snacks works for you? 🙂

3. For an extra entry become a fan of Picky Palate on Facebook HERE. Leave a separate comment for this.

We chop our veggies REALLY REALLY small and the kids can’t be bothered picking them out. Also smashed cauliflower is a favorite and chocolate zucchini cake. YUM!

All I have to do is make myself a snack and instantly they want it! I always have to make enough to share!

I sneak pureed veggies into the kids favorite food. Foe example;: spinach in Brownies, butternut squash in Mac n. Cheese, grated zucchini in burgers. .. it works!

my children are much more likely to eat fruits and vegetables if they are cleaned cut, peeled, washed, etc. I also try to have healthy dips available. We enjoy celery, carrots, apples, little cuties, and cherry tomatoes.

I try to avoid buying junk food as much as I can. I buy healthy snacks instead, and my kids just know that that is all there is!

I find that if I cut food into cute shapes or color on them with the food color markers, things that would normally be labeled “gross” are gobbled up pretty painlessly. I have seen these GoGo Squeez Applesauces and thought they were such a good idea, I would love to win some so I could try them out on my kids!

Anything I put on a skewer (or another similar child-safe stick) my 2 year old thinks is suddenly cool. Grapes, mandarin oranges, even avocados!

My daughter is a fruit & veggie fan…my son, not so much. I have hidden sweet potatoes in pancakes and cauliflower in macaroni and cheese so he gets some fiber!

When I know my kids will be at their hungriest I set out of plate of healthy food, vegetables-fruit they don’t often rave over and suddenly it becomes their “new” favorite. Admit it when you’re starving you will eat almost anything that is in front of you and it does begin to taste good 🙂

My kids are GREAT eaters…. love to have dried fruit as well as cheese. Can’t beat the sound of this applesauce (one of their faves) though! I don’t have any stores nearby that sell it :(! Hope I win :)!

My daughter loves string cheese, fruit, applesauce, yogurt and homemade oatmeal/peanut butter/banana smoothies with some ground flax seed! I also make fruit smoothies but she loves the peanut butter ones the best and since they have tons of protein so that’s a bonus! I just try to help her eat healthier by leading a good example and not eating junk food in front of her and when she does want a treat, she has to have something healthy first.

I don’t normally post to blogs but I enjoyed this post so keep up the good work. -cheers-
