As I was deciding what recipe to make from Ree’s new book, my eyes were quickly drawn to her Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies. I love a good thin crispy cookie so I knew this was the recipe for me!

Ok, back to the cookies 🙂 These cookies took no time at all to whip up. The dough was absolutely delicious! Yes, those are my PJ’s in the reflection of my KitchenAid, lol!
I was so excited to get these babies in the oven!

I have Ree’s website bookmarked and have been trying ALL of her recipes!!! Tonight it will be the New York Style Chopped Salad!!! I love her Food Network show too!!! Ree is my Cooking Superhero!!!
Tacos with all the fixings.
I made Chicken Marsala for dinner last night. I won’t be cooking tonight, it’s my 30th bday, so we are going out tonight!
supper… tonight…. you mean i’m going to have to cook!?! lol jk…
pork burgers, mac&cheese, carmelized carrots, and salad!! my family will be sooo happy!
Spaghetti! Whole wheat thin spaghetti with tomato basil sauce and ground turkey with a side of texas toast. Mmmmm.
I’m volunteering at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo tonight so I won’t be making dinner. Tomorrow’s menu is cream cheese chicken in the crockpot.
Loaded baked potatoes!
According to this weeks meal plan I get “the night off”! Frozen pizza!
Grilled steaks with homemade mac and cheese!
For dinner I am having chicken with mustard cream sauce. Yum, Yum.
I am making spinach puffs and mac and cheese.
I think I’ll be making fried rice with the leftover chicken from Sunday!
Country fried steaks, mashed potatoes and gravy will be on my menu tonight!!

Dinner tonight will probably be spaghetti with meatballs or a bolognese sauce. I will see =)
I am thinking of making grilled chicken with a fresh asparagus/pear salad on the side!

I made a similar cookie recipe with ground up Whoppers. They didn’t quite turn out, but they were still delicious!

Tonight we will have BBQ pork, green beans, baked beans and sweet tea.
I am not cooking tonight! Everyone has plans. I will just skip dinner and go right to bed from happy hour.
