A couple days ago Jenna posted on Instagram that she just did Kristen Chenowith’s eyelashes. Cool huh? Summer styles numerous celebrities including David Archuleta from American Idol.

I’ve known Lisa for years. Her sister and I are great friends from high school and Lisa and my sister Kim have been friends for ages. So fun 🙂  She’s grown up to be such a beautiful woman, ok now I’m getting sappy, lol! Lisa is an amazing trainer in AZ, wait until you see her photos.

One of my favorite posts from these gals is “What do You Have to Lose”  from Lisa. She is known as one of the best trainers around, the results are unbelievable.     Four favorites popped into my head, and while I was trying to decide which to write, I decided to read through some of the other comments…. Yep, every one of my four favorites is repeated over and over! Lately, the favorite has been apples and adam’s peanut butter (the only ingredient is peanuts – it’s our favorite.) When it’s more of a dessert I’m looking for: cottage cheese with some raisins and chopped pecans mixed in, or lemon chobani greek yogurt with granola mixed in. yummmmm

    My favorite healthy snack is greek yogurt with blueberries and low-sugar granola. I just feel so energized after eating this!

    Roasted almonds! (I roast them in the microwave with just a smidge of butter (1/2 t) for 2 minutes, stir, let cool for about a minute, then 2 minutes on high again. Let cool. Crunchy and healthy!)
