Contest is now over. Congrats to entry #342 Heather. I’ve sent you an email!
Yippee, it’s Friday! Since I love Fridays so much I thought it would be fun to share with you this fabulous giveaway that Modern Bird Studios is offering one Picky Palate Reader.
One reader will win $250 to go shopping at the Modern Bird Studios Website. You have got to check out the beautiful work they do with your photographs! Talk about an awesome Christmas gift 🙂
Modern Bird Studios creates personalized, modern art from your photographs. Each work is a one-of-a-kind, original studio piece created with a combination of digital, hand, and painting processes on an Oak composite, or, for the extreme modern enthusiasts, on acrylic mounted to Oak. They capture that moment from your life—a wedding portrait, a baby picture, a travel photo, a pet snapshot or whatever the event—and transform it into a totally hip urban-style art piece that enriches your home.
my painting of the boys, “a day at the beach” how cute!
You have got to see how cool these paintings are that they create out of an image you send them! It makes the most beautiful picture on your wall. I just received the painting of my boys that I picked out (pictured above) and I LOVE it! If you place an order between now and a week after the giveaway ends, you get 15% off by typing PICKYPALATE in the discount code box.
Here’s How to Enter:

Last year, we took our then-3 year old to Williamsburg, Va. We spent a lot of time at Busch Gardens and spents one day at Virgina Beach. We had a wonderful week. That was my favorite family vacation.

Well how can Disneyland not be the best vacation ever? We have gone every year for the last three years (although I had never been before that – at age 23! So deprived…). Anyway – this last time was amazing. We had 5 days in the park with our 3 year old and 5 month old. Maybe the baby was a little young, but it was great just having all that time to explore. Plus our family is complete so it was nice knowing that was the first time our WHOLE family was there together 🙂
