I love all pancakes………pumpkin, buttermilk, chocolate chip, whole wheat, blueberry, banana, apple……….with maple syrup, sour cream syrup, buttermilk syrup, whipped cream, fresh fruit. Any combination of the above works for me!!!!!
This is a tough one for me, because I eat pancakes nearly every day, and love so many varieties. If I had to choose, I’d say gingerbread pancakes are my favorite, not only because they’re so good, but because they evoke the feeling of Christmas, which is always fun on a hot June morning!
I love blueberry but I think my favorite as of this moment are banana nut! Delicious!

I love fresh blueberry pancakes made into 2inch circles and then I stack several on top of each other to eat them! Yum!!!
I have two favorite pancakes … banana pancakes and blueberry pancakes. Oh, and when my kids were younger, we made chocolate chip pancakes, making a smiley face with the chocolate chips!
