Favorite flavor is a basic buttermilk. We love to add fruit–blueberries, strawberries, bananas to them. And a new something we tried last time….homemade buttermilk syrup. Wow!

My all time favorite pancake would probably be bacon and cheddar, topped with lots of butter and syrup. Savory and amazing ^_^ I first tried that combo in waffles and it’s just as amazing when tossed in pancake batter.
